We put a plan of action in motion. We also look at the resources you have to help you fulfill your goal.
Next, we will look at the skills you have to obtain that goal.
We will also look at the myths you may be telling yourself, which can self-sabotage.
We will reframe them to a positive belief.
With the sessions that follow, we watch as your life begins to unfold to all of the new possibilities.
Through this process, you will discover the incredible gifts you have.
